Sales Director – Reconciliation & AI - BaaS

This is a high-impact role for a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives in a hunter environment. You’ll have the autonomy to build a market, leverage a broad solution suite, and capitalise on a strong product‑market fit in financial services.

• Proven success in a hunter‑style sales role, consistently generating and closing new business
• Strong understanding of data and AI challenges within banking and fintech
• Experience selling into regional banks, larger financial institutions, or credit unions is highly desirable
• Skilled in value‑based selling, with an “outside‑in” approach that links market trends to measurable business outcomes and ROI
• Able to navigate complex, multi‑product sales cycles and build strategic pipelines from scratch

• Drive new business growth in a true hunter role, focused on originating and closing net‑new opportunities within financial services.
• Align sales efforts with overall company goals and expansion strategy in the US market.
• Provide regular reporting including pipeline updates, forecasts, and market insights to senior leadership.
• Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build relationships and generate leads.

• Automates end‑to‑end back‑office processes, eliminating operational bottlenecks and ensuring accurate financial data matching.
• Designed for regulated environments, supporting use cases such as risk monitoring, credit decisioning, and intelligent document processing.
• Prepaid / Wallet / Loyalty Solutions
• A complementary offering focused on payments and customer engagement use cases.
