Job Title: Healthcare Finance Decision Support Manager
Location: Dover, DE (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time | Day Shift
Bay Health Hospital – Kent Campus is seeking an experienced Healthcare Finance Decision Support Manager to lead cost accounting, financial analysis, and strategic planning initiatives.
Key Highlights- Manage cost accounting and service line profitability
- Work with STRATA financial system (ROI, NPV, IRR analysis)
- Publish P&Ls and support financial planning
- Collaborate with leadership on performance improvement
- Reporting to agencies like S&P, Fitch, EMMA
- Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of healthcare finance experience
- STRATA or similar financial system experience required
