Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 per year

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Tax Manager (Hybrid) to join our dynamic team in the finance industry. Ideal candidates have a strong background in tax preparation, experience with high‑net‑worth individuals and businesses, and proficiency in Quick Books. Candidates must hold a CPA or EA (Enrolled Agent) certification and have at least 5 years of experience in the field.

- Manage and oversee the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns for high‑net‑worth individuals and businesses.
- Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize financial benefits for clients.
- Review and analyze financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents to identify potential tax issues.
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on tax‑related matters, including tax planning, compliance, and audits.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
- Supervise and mentor junior tax staff to ensure the accuracy and completeness of tax returns and other tax‑related activities.
- Participate in business development activities to expand the firm’s client base and revenue.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- CPA or EA (Enrolled Agent) certification.
- At least 5 years of experience in tax preparation, compliance, and planning.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Experience working with high‑net‑worth individuals and businesses.
- Proficiency in Quick Books and other tax software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
