Financial Advisor in Lewes, DE. Savant Wealth Management is seeking to add to the advisory team with the opportunity to work across teams in Lewes and Dover, though the primary location is Lewes. This role blends relationship management, planning, and business growth. You will partner as a co-advisor to service and deepen existing client relationships—supported by the firm s technical specialists—while shaping customized financial strategies to help clients achieve their ideal future.

You will contribute to the growth of the practice by supporting senior advisors in new business development and cultivating your own network in the Lewes and Dover communities. This role offers the security of a strong client base and the excitement of expanding your own.

• Servicing and managing existing client relationships: act as a co-advisor to senior/lead advisors by formulating and implementing planning advice supported by the firm s technical specialists. Document meetings and contacts, co-lead meetings, and host standalone meetings with clients. Take lead on routine and follow-up contacts with clients.
• Coordinate comprehensive financial planning processes for new client updates, portfolio changes, reviews, and opportunity identification.
• Participate in new client relationship development and manage current client communications.
• Participate in planning meetings regarding new prospects/new clients and coordinate follow-up workflow on new clients.
• Business development: focus on client retention, growing wallet share, earning referrals, and building your personal network.
• Meet minimum production expectations of $15,000–$60,000 in annual new client revenue from existing/prior client relationships or new prospects to Savant.
• Develop new clients through personal prospecting, prior client relationships, and development of referral sources and centers of influence; communicate and sell Savant s services to prospective clients.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in an advisory support role, with demonstrated ability to develop and manage plans and client relationships.
• Bachelor s Degree from an accredited college or university; MBA preferred.
• Clean U4 with no disclosures for registered individuals.
• Certified Financial Planner  (CFP) certification highly preferred upon hire or obtained within one year of hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial planning and securities software; strong financial planning/wealth management acumen.
• Excellent communication and listening skills; client-first attitude; team player capable of collaboration.

• Competitive base salary range: $80,000–$100,000; final base pay determined by responsibilities, skills, and location.
