Fiscal Advisor III
The incumbent in this position supervises three Fiscal Associates and performs professional fiscal and accounting functions for the Division of Public Health's Office of Financial Services. Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing financial activity, creating internal vouchers for operational costs, reviewing and approving FSF transactions, assisting with reconciliations, GAAP reporting, audit requests, and developing fiscal policies and procedures.
