As a Finance Specialist, you will guide customers through the final steps of their vehicle purchase while helping them understand financing, leasing, protection products, and other available options.

You will work closely with our sales team, financial institutions, and accounting department to ensure each transaction is completed accurately, efficiently, and professionally.

• Manage vehicle cash, lease, and finance transactions from start to finish
• Present financing, leasing, protection products, and other available options to customers
• Work with financial institutions to secure appropriate financing options for customers
• Ensure all finance and sales documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
• Act as a liaison between Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Delaware and Performance Columbus Accounting
• Work closely with the sales team and management to provide a smooth and efficient customer experience
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of required paperwork
• Build positive relationships with customers, lenders, and fellow team members

• High school diploma or GED
• Automotive sales and/or finance experience
• Prior automotive finance experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to provide a professional and customer-focused experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
