The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) Conservation Programs Section is seeking a Planner IV to assist in managing Clean Water Act Section 319 grants and related water quality programs.
You will work with federal, state, local and non-profit partners to implement BMP projects, develop grant work plans and budgets, and prepare reports for the EPA, while performing data analyses and outreach.
