Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) is seeking a Community Assistance Provider to support outreach and capacity building in Kent and Sussex Counties. This is primarily a field position that will document neighborhood-based community institutions such as houses of worship, social service organizations, and small businesses.
