- Facilitate the efficient oversight of rehabilitation services in the assigned account(s).
- Assist in ensuring coordination of services, customer relations, and referral touch points.
- Monitor delivery of the highest standard of rehabilitation services and coordinate with leadership when support is needed.
- Assist therapy staff in effective and efficient delivery of rehab services; adhere to an established plan of care, schedule, and timely documentation.
- Provide direct patient care.
- Provide routine customer relations touch points to ensure customer satisfaction and continued referral flow.
- Make referrals to other disciplines and/or agencies to address comprehensive patient needs.
- Support delivery of the highest standard of rehab services through appropriate utilization of resources, promotion of clinical programs, and staff development in collaboration with licensed therapists, the Clinical Operations Area Director and Clinical Director.
- Coordinate Powerback Rehabilitation personnel and consultants within facility or home care contracts.
- Monitor provision of evidence‑based care, adherence to care delivery standards, and practice act compliance.
- Ensure that the clinical management of the rehabilitation department, including oversight related to case management, quality improvement, care planning, clinical utilization, and patient identification, is overseen by a licensed therapist.
- Assist therapy staff in identifying and removing barriers to treatment and seek support when clinical education is required.
- Assist in coordinating daily staffing and utilization with input from treating therapists and recommendations from the Clinical Director.
- Monitor financial controls of revenue and expenses in collaboration with the Clinical Operations Area Director.
- Assist the Clinical Operations Area Director in meeting annual budget goals.
- Assist with clinical orientation and ensure a quality orientation process for new rehab staff.
- Promote all Powerback Rehabilitation products and services whenever possible.
- Assist the Clinical Operations Area Director in maintaining relationships, identifying and securing new relationships and contracts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with facility management teams and staff as a representative of Powerback Rehabilitation.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.
USD $34.00 – $38.00 per hour.
