Hope Counselor

Position: NEW HOPE COUNSELOR
** Delaware Hospice is actively seeking a part-time New Hope Counselor to primarily cover Kent and Sussex Counties. The schedule will be 20 hours a week.

** are an integral part of Delaware Hospice's mission and interdisciplinary team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Functions as part of the hospice interdisciplinary team to provide bereavement services to surviving families. Functions within established policies and procedures to assure compliance to federal and state regulations.
