• Provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations and treatment
• Build meaningful relationships while supporting residents’ communication, cognition, and overall quality of life
• Deliver care in an environment that values outcomes over volume
• Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
• Collaborate with residents, families, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused therapy culture where support and ideas are shared
• Bring professionalism, compassion, and kindness to every interaction

• Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Active Delaware SLP license in good standing
• A genuine passion for working with older adults
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A flexible, team-oriented approach to patient care
