Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Dover, Delaware

This contract position focuses on empowering students with severe disabilities and autism (ages 2-22) for the entire 2026/2027 school year. Key

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Delaware BCBA licensure/certification
• Prior experience in school-based BCBA roles preferred
• Strong background in crisis and de-escalation strategies
• Skilled in conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
• Experience working with students diagnosed with autism and severe disabilities
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary school teams
• Reliable transportation is required, as position is fully on-site

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral support to students and staff across school settings
• Lead or participate on the crisis response team implementing proactive de-escalation techniques
• Conduct comprehensive FBAs and create individualized BSPs
• Partner with IEP teams to develop appropriate behavior goals
• Guide and support data collection practices to measure student progress
• Offer training and consultation for school staff in implementing behavior interventions

This is a full-time, on-site assignment (Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours/week) designed for impactful, hands-on professionals ready to foster positive change in students' lives.
