Role Overview
We are seeking an Associate Consultant to support the design, configuration, activation, and ongoing support of Oracle Health solutions with a focus on Radiology workflows and clinical imaging operations across Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service.
The Federal Consulting team is a group of hard-working, knowledgeable, and passionate professionals dedicated to shaping electronic health record systems for active-duty service members, Veterans, American Indians, and Alaska Natives.
This role is ideal for early-career professionals interested in healthcare technology, clinical systems, consulting, and Radiology operations. The Associate Consultant will work alongside experienced team members to support healthcare clients, participate in system implementations, and develop expertise in Oracle Health solutions and healthcare workflows.
Key Responsibilities
+ Support the implementation and configuration of Oracle Health products and technology solutions.
+ Assist with Radiology-related workflows, imaging operations, and clinical solution support activities.
+ Participate in customer meetings to gather operational and workflow requirements.
+ Perform system configuration, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting activities with guidance from senior team members.
+ Apply Oracle methodologies, company procedures, and industry best practices during project work.
+ Collaborate with consultants, project teams, and clients to deliver quality solutions for customer engagements.
+ Support workflow validation, issue resolution, and end-user training activities.
+ Build positive working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
+ Continue developing functional and technical knowledge related to healthcare IT and Oracle Health solutions.
** Responsibilities*
* ** Qualifications*
* + 6 months to 2 years of experience in healthcare IT, consulting, technical support, clinical operations, or related fields.
+ Exposure to Radiology workflows, PACS, RIS, imaging operations, or clinical systems is preferred.
+ Interest in healthcare technology implementation and consulting.
+
Experience with Oracle Health solutions or Oracle Rad Net is a plus but not required.
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
+ Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
+ Comfortable working in client-facing situations with mentorship and team support.
+ Ability to travel as needed.
** Expectations*
* + Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
+ Willing to travel up to 50% as needed.
+ Willing to work flexible or additional hours when required and permitted by local regulations.

Hiring Range in USD from $23.80 to $56.83 per hour; from: $49,500 to $118,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
