Direct Support Supervisor/PAHrtners Deaf Services/FT

We are hiring for this role at RHA Health Services. The position involves direct supervision of two or more employees within residential homes and facilities, ensuring compliance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

• Manage residential homes/facilities as assigned.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of Direct Support Employees.
• Work assigned time in the residential home/facility.
• Resolve employee issues and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure employees meet training requirements and attend required events.
• Provide after‑hours and on‑call coverage as part of the direct care rotation.
• Monitor and provide feedback to employees in interactions and relationships with the people supported.
• Ensure that the people supported have a clean and maintained home and yard.
• Assist in implementing services and supports to help the people we serve achieve personal goals and desired outcomes as identified through an Individual Support Plan.
• Carry out the responsibilities of a Direct Support Professional.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• Lead the hiring process, including interviewing, recommending for hiring, and training new staff.
• Plan, assign, and direct work, review performance, reward, motivate, and promote team performance.
• Address complaints and resolve problems.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D required;
  Associate Degree in a health‑related area preferred.
• At least two years’ experience in a health‑related field (or one year of experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities).
• Flexible schedule and availability to provide on‑call coverage as needed.
• CPR certification after training (first aid, NCI and/or Med Tech certifications are a plus).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license. For positions that require driving, proof of driver’s insurance and vehicle are required.
• Completion of pre‑employment screening: criminal background check, drug testing, education verification, and other credentialing based on position requirements.
