We are expanding our team and are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Residential Group Home team at our Sussex County
, Delaware location.

The position is scheduled for 16 hours per week, consisting of two 8‑hour shifts. Weekend coverage will be structured based on operational needs.

• Available to work Saturday and Sunday
• Available to work every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule. During the alternate weeks when not scheduled to work the weekend, assigned two additional weekday shifts to maintain a consistent 16 hours per week.
• Shifts:
  
  8:00 AM – 4:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Some duties would include the following:

• Provide direct care and supervision to participants in the residential group home setting.
• Ensure a safe, healthy, secure, and recovery-oriented environment, which promotes growth and development.
• Facilitate participant growth and development toward independence in self‑care, daily living, socialization, and community integration.
• Participate in the development and implementation of the participants’ recovery plans.

Qualifications include the following:

• High school diploma or GED required with current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Delaware.
• Ability to respond to disruptive behavior.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Knowledge and ability to provide hands‑on assistance with activities of daily living.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Scope:

• Requires the ability to lift, carry, fold, bend, kneel, stack, stoop, which includes direct intervention with participants.
• Ability to climb and descend stairs.
• Possess manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
• Requires crisis intervention techniques in crisis situations.
