We are seeking skilled, compassionate therapists who are ready to join our interdisciplinary team and make a lasting impact.
What You’ll DoAs a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Concerted Care Group, you will be at the center of patient care—building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You’ll lead therapy groups, facilitate individual and family sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our innovative OTP, IOP, and OP programs.
Clinical Responsibilities- Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our OTP program.
- Work in person at our Dover, DE location.
- Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations.
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment.
- Design and deliver engaging psycho educational and skill groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care.
- Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning.
- Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate.
- Demonstrate commitment to excellent patient care, measured through outcomes such as patient retention, attendance, and successful program completion.
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
- Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment.
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, or related field.
- Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care.
- EMDR experience is highly preferred.
- Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth.

Salary Range: Up to $100,000 annually.
Incentive Compensation: Eligible for commission-based compensation tied to clinical participation and engagement. Therapists earn additional compensation for each participant in their assigned therapy groups and individual sessions.
Total Compensation: Expected range $70,000–$100,000, with potential for higher earnings based on performance.
Benefits: Comprehensive package including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development support.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 5:30 am – 1:30 pm.
