* Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Lead Clinical Quality and Patient Safety Healthcare Executive, you support the VISN and local strategic and operational quality and safety programs for our Federal client. You will be accountable for highly complex, multi-site client clinical quality and patient safety programs as well as working with client for mitigation and resolution strategies for risks proactively.
You will lead cross-functional collaboration assisting the client in the management of adverse events with analysis, intervention, identification of systemic issues, and widespread communications of key learnings. Develop longitudinal relationships with key client executives and drive discussions concerning strategy, structure, management and operations to support enterprise-wide leadership, and safety/quality teams to ensure that organizational wide safety and quality goals and objectives and risk reduction strategies are implemented effectively wherever appropriate while engaging stakeholders in the process.
In collaboration with local Quality leadership, you will identify and prioritize local quality and performance needs to ensure they are in alignment with national standards for programs and integration into the Federal EHR workflows and processes. Working with local quality management teams, you will make recommendations on EHRM data, workflows and reports to support and operationalize local Quality Management plans.

* + Master's Degree or equivalent work experience (Clinical licensure preferred) or
+ At least 7 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
+ At least 2 years licensed health care practice, clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experience
+ At least 8 years higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job
+ Master's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or relevant degree or equivalent work experience
+ At least 5 years of Project management or health care information technology (HCIT) consulting work experience
+ Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
+ Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen

* Preferred Qualifications:
*
* + Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) and/or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality
+ Expertise in facilitation and management of group processes focused on systems thinking and objectively assessing and modifying workflow processes to improve safety and quality.
+ Expertise in Patient Safety and Quality Improvement principles and practices
+ Demonstrated critical thinking, decision-making, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills
+ Experience working for the Federal government in any capacity

+ Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
