Responsibilities

  • Coordinate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc meetings, including scheduling, agendas, meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain committee membership records, appointment tracking systems, and related documentation.
  • Assist with survey administration activities and support quality assurance processes as directed.
  • Support implementation of maternal health initiatives addressing social determinants of health, including housing-related programs for pregnant and postpartum women.
  • Maintain participant, referral, voucher, and program tracking systems as applicable.
  • Coordinate communications among healthcare providers, managed care organizations, community organizations, housing partners, state agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain organized filing systems, databases, tracking tools, and documentation repositories.
  • Prepare correspondence, meeting materials, presentations, summaries, and other program-related documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate and timely documentation of program activities.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of stakeholder meetings, trainings, and program-related events.
Preferred Skillset and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Human Services, Health Administration, Public Administration, Sociology, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Experience working in public health, healthcare, social services, maternal and child health, community-based programs, or related fields.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports, meeting minutes, and professional correspondence.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, stakeholder engagement activities, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and database or tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to evolving program needs.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and community partners preferred.
  • Experience supporting public health, healthcare, or social service programs preferred.
