Pay and Bonus

• $116,000 – $145,000 (base salary)
• Up to $15,000 annual bonus

• Help patients maintain, restore, and improve movement, activity, and function.
• Provide interventions, conduct re-examinations (minimum every 30 days), modify interventions as necessary, and perform discharge planning.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state where you will work.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy educational program as set by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
• One year of related physical therapy experience for PTs entering home health care; if less than one year, approval from regional clinical leaders and appropriate mentoring or residency participation required.
• Current CPR certification.
