Make a Meaningful Impact as a Full-Time Physical Therapist

Location:

Westminster Village | Dover, DE

Looking for Something Different? If you’re a Physical Therapist who believes great care starts with connection, but you’ve found yourself worn down by productivity pressure, rushed sessions, or “factory-style” care, you’re not alone.

At Benchmark Therapies, we’ve built something intentionally different. A place where quality still matters, clinicians are supported, and patient care doesn’t feel rushed or transactional.

We’re excited to welcome a Full-Time Physical Therapist to our team at Westminster Village Dover, a highly rated senior living community known for its personalized, resident-centered care.

We hear this often from new team members: “I didn’t think therapy companies like this still existed.” We’re proud to prove that they do.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide 1:1 physical therapy evaluations and treatments, allowing you to focus fully on each resident
  • Build meaningful, lasting relationships while helping residents stay strong, mobile, and confident
  • Deliver care in an environment that values outcomes over volume
  • Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
  • Collaborate with residents, families, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused therapy culture where support and ideas are shared
  • Bring professionalism, compassion, and kindness to every interaction
What You’ll Bring
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active Delaware Physical Therapy license in good standing
  • A genuine passion for working with older adults
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • A team-oriented approach and commitment to quality care
Why This Role Feels Different

This isn’t a place where you’re rushing from patient to patient. Here, you’ll have the time and support to connect, see progress, and feel proud of the care you’re providing.

You’ll also be part of a larger Benchmark team—meaning you’re never on an island. There are always people to collaborate with, learn from, and lean on.

What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Accident, life, disability, and critical illness coverage
  • 6 paid holidays plus PTO accrual (combined sick and vacation time) with no rollover limit
  • 401(k)
  • Continuing education support through our online CE platform
  • A workplace where clinicians are respected and supported
Let’s Connect

If you’re ready for a role where you can do meaningful work, feel supported, and enjoy coming to work again, we’d love to talk!
