Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a clinic setting requiring experience with InSync EMR and a valid Delaware PT license.

• Active Physical Therapist license required; PT license required if applicable
• PT may begin with a compact license but must obtain full Delaware state licensure during the assignment
• 1 professional reference required for consideration
• SSN required for consideration
• Experience with InSync EMR preferred

• Candidates who have previously worked for this facility in a PRN or permanent capacity must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year to be eligible as a traveler
• Virtual interview required as part of the hiring process
