Location:

In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and track clinical outcomes to support patient progress.
You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care while maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards.

- Review patients’ medical history.
- Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to their concerns.
- Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes.
- Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury.
- Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed.
- Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island.
