Benchmark Human Services seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver Behavior Supports in Enhanced Supervision Group Homes and Day Services in Delaware. The BCBA will supervise RBTs, manage 9 adult clients, and work in person 4 days per week with one remote day.
We offer a $105,000 starting salary, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits including CEU opportunities, health/vision/dental, 401k with match, and tuition reimbursement. Relocation assistance is available.
