Position: Occupational Therapist School Setting - Dover, DE

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications And Experience Desired
  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current OT licensure (or eligibility) in Delaware
  • Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to tailor interventions to diverse student needs
  • Knowledge of developing and implementing IEPs
  • Flexibility and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs and strengths
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services in compliance with IEPs
  • Document student progress and maintain timely records
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to recommend accommodations and strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary consultations
  • Encourage student independence and engagement in school activities
