Position Overview

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Dover, DE.

• LPCMH or LMFT or LCSW
• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

Clinicians must be licensed and living in the state in which they will practice.

Up to $116,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.

• Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
• Strong partnership and teamwork.
• Behavioral Health Generalists – open to seeing couples and/or children with support from Thriveworks.
• Candidates interested in growth into leadership or supervisory roles.
• Self‑guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours.
