Job Description: Join our team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) near Bear, DE! This full-time position requires 37.5 hours per week, starting on 8/19/24 and ending on 6/11/25. The role involves providing services in the early years program, autism services, and at a high school. This is an on-site position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct ABA therapy and support to students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals
• Train and supervise staff in ABA techniques and strategies
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate student progress
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Current BCBA certification
• Valid Delaware BCBA licensure
• School experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
