Salary: $100,000 to $150,000 plus comprehensive benefits

Role OverviewAs a Medical Physicist, R&D, you will provide scientific expertise to support the development, integration, and optimization of advanced imaging systems. Working alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams, you will evaluate imaging performance, contribute to product development, support system validation, and assist with post‑release technical investigations. This role also partners with clinicians and field teams to improve product performance and customer outcomes while supporting quality control initiatives for Health imaging systems.
KeyRequirements
- Master’s degree in Medical Physics, Physics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree, or PhD with research experience
- Experience with medical imaging systems and product development preferred
- Knowledge of imaging physics, system integration, and performance evaluation
- Familiarity with FDA regulations, IEC 60601, IEC 62366, or other medical device standards is a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and technical presentation skills
- Collaborative and curious with a passion for advancing medical imaging technology
- Strong problem solver who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges
- Comfortable working across engineering, clinical, and customer‑facing teams
- Motivated to mentor colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
