Job Title: Licensed Clinical Psychologist – VA Compensation & Pension Evaluations

The role involves conducting VA Compensation & Pension (C&P) evaluations for veterans. You will perform objective, structured psychological assessments to assist the VA in determining disability benefits. Evaluations may be conducted in person and/or via telehealth, depending on assignment needs.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position, compensated on a per‑evaluation basis.
Responsibilities- Conduct structured psychological evaluations for veterans based on VA guidelines.
- Utilize Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) and standardized assessment tools.
- Gather relevant history through focused, objective interviews.
- Document findings clearly and concisely in VA‑required formats.
- Provide factual, unbiased assessments without influencing outcomes.
- Complete and submit reports within required time frames.
- No diagnosing for treatment, therapy, or medication management.
- Maintain strict boundaries between evaluation and clinical care.
- Adhere to all ethical, legal, and confidentiality standards.
- Maintain professionalism when working with veteran populations.
- PhD from an APA‑accredited program in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology.
- Active psychologist license.
- Strong report‑writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to follow structured evaluation protocols.
1099 independent contractor position, $125–$210 per evaluation. Flexible scheduling; telehealth and in‑person opportunities available.
Ideal CandidateDetail‑oriented, efficient, comfortable with structured, fact‑based evaluations, able to maintain objectivity and neutrality, strong time‑management and documentation skills.
