Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate to grow a provider referral territory across Greater Southern DE and parts of MD. You will spend most of your time in the field meeting primary care physicians, specialists, medical staff, and healthcare administrators to drive referrals and expand our nutrition care network.
You will report to a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager and join a high-performance team focused on transforming healthcare through better nutrition access.
