In this 2nd shift role (11:30am–8:00pm), you will verify enrollment status, process changes, resolve membership and billing inquiries, and maintain data across enrollment and billing systems. US citizenship is required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to meet service levels and respond promptly.
