PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Dover is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to support inpatient rehab patients. The OTA will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
Ideal candidates have OTA licensure in Delaware, current BLS certification, and a willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule across PAM Health facilities. Prior inpatient hospital experience is preferred but a strong desire to learn is valued.
