Life Stance Health seeks a Clinical Psychologist to provide evidence-based psychotherapy and psychological assessment in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this hybrid role, you will deliver in-person and telehealth care, conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and track outcomes to improve patient well-being. You'll collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and primary care partners in a culture grounded in empowerment, ethical practice, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and/or group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic interviews and psychological assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Deliver care via both telehealth and in-office visits while maintaining high clinical standards
- Document sessions, assessments, and treatment outcomes in the electronic health record
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals on integrated care
- Participate in case consultations, supervision, and quality improvement initiatives
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and coping strategies
- Ensure adherence to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards, including HIPAAEngage in continuing education to maintain licensure and enhance clinical expertise
Required Skills
- Psychological assessment and diagnosis (DSM-5-TR)
- Evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT)
- Suicide risk assessment and crisis intervention
- Treatment planning and outcome measurement
- Telehealth platforms and remote care delivery
- Clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR)
- Administration and interpretation of standardized tests
- Integrated care and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Ethical and legal standards in mental health practice
