Life Stance Health is growing and seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team in a hybrid role across the Salt Lake City area. You will provide medication management and therapy for adults and/or children/adolescents, with DEA and prescriptive authority as required.
We offer a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in-office, 1-2 days remote), above-market pay, full benefits, sign-on bonus, and strong administrative support in modern offices.
