• Complete necessary documentation for tours including, vessel manifests, picnic forms, dive indemnities, financials, and more
• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism while assisting with customer requests, booking tours and experiences, and cash handling

• Experience as a Beach Club Attendant, Tour Guide, or Guest Service Agent
• Exceptional guest service standards
• A passion for the hospitality and marine industry
• First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, O2 Certificate, and RSA Certificate
• Rescue Diver/Dive master or Coxswain Grade 3 or above, preferred
• Experience in 4WD, or willingness to learn
