Junior HR Specialist

Are you passionate about people, love organizing things, and want to make a real impact from day one? We’re looking for a bright, detail-oriented, and proactive team player who’s ready to grow in HR and help us build a workplace where people feel seen, supported, and celebrated.

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
• Running employee surveys and gathering feedback
• Welcoming new hires and help them integrate into the team
• Coordinating laptop and equipment distribution
• Sending gifts for birthdays, holidays, and special occasions
• Organizing greetings for holidays, birthdays, and work anniversaries
• Managing internal communication channels (MS Teams chats, internal news)
• Keeping our internal knowledge base up to date and easy to use
• Taking care of office-related tasks (e.g., ordering access badges, tracking corporate merchandise)
• Helping organize offline team-building events

• A genuine interest in HR and team culture
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic proficiency in Excel(working with tables, filters, formatting, basic formulas)
• Based in Kyiv and available to visit the office a few times a month
• Experience in HR will be an advantage
