** HR Systems Implementation Manager*
* ** Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
* +  
** Project     Management*
* + Partners      with the project team of stakeholders and subject matter experts on new onboarding      system, Enboarder, implementation through 2027 and full implementation.

+ Support      all aspects of go-live of software implementation.

+ Cultivate strong relationships and deliver easy-to-understand solutions.

+ Manage projects related to people operations and new initiatives aligned with the organization's growth.

+  
** Ongoing     responsibilities:*
* + Answers      onboarding system questions from employees and managers.

+ Enboarder      SME and platform admin/platform owner; advises stakeholders and process      owners on current system configuration.

+ Use      Enboarder to manage onboarding surveys, analyze data, and deliver      insights to improve the new hire experience.

+ Formally       reports on findings to HR and Operational leadership teams on a       quarterly basis with recommendations and data narrative.

+ Owns      and updates Enboarder and internal/external onboarding SOPs.

+ Accountable      for the end-to-end onboarding system and process from preboarding through      an employee's first 90 days including ongoing process improvement.

+ Partners      with stakeholders to update links and documents on a quarterly and ad hoc      basis.

+ Leads       a quarterly review of all onboarding collateral including employee-facing       links and documents and internal/external guides and SOPs.

+ Support,develop, and implement HR infrastructure. This includes employee handbooks,compliant people practices, etc.

+ Advisethe management team and support employees with workplace issues and concerns.

+ Applyin-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.

+ Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

+ Leadby example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Workto build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

+ Impacta range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within ownteam and other related teams.

+ Work within broad guidelines and policies.

+ Explaindifficult or sensitive information.

** Supervisory Responsibilities*
* · No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such astechnical guidance, and/or training to coworkers.  May lead project teams.

** Education and Experience*
* + Bachelor's Degree     preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a     combination of experience and education will be considered.

+ Ability to exercise     judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

+ Willingness to take a new     perspective on existing solutions.

+ Strong and proven project     management skill set.

+ Open to ongoing system and     document management.

+ Proven experience working     with and quickly mastering systems.

+ Proven experience     implementing a new system and refining system functionality post     implementation.

+ Detail oriented, critical thinker     who is solutions focused.

- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

+ Organizational skills with     an advanced inquisitive mindset.

+ Sophisticated math skills.
Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages,     fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Onboarding Project Manager position is $85,000 annually [or $40.86 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Onboarding Project Manager position is $95,000 annually [or $45.67 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
