DescriptionResponsibilities:
Front Desk & Employee Support- Serve as first point of contact; greet and assist employees, applicants, and visitors
- Answer and route calls, emails, and general HR inquiries
- Scan, upload, file, and maintain employee records (paper and electronic)
- Support digital recordkeeping and track HR documents (e.g., evaluations, disciplinary actions)
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with record retention standards
- Prepare basic HR documents (forms, memos, letters)
- Maintain front office organization, mail distribution, and supply inventory
- Submit and follow up on work orders as needed
- Assist with new hire orientation logistics (room setup, materials, folders)
- Maintain onboarding supplies and provide backup support during sessions
- Support recruiting efforts, including outreach events and candidate flow
- Assist with employee event setup and breakdown
- Update and post HR communications (flyers, postings)
- Utilize Microsoft Office and HR systems for daily tasks
- Support HR team with projects and additional duties as assigned
Required
Hours:
Monday - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Tuesday - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Thursday - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Friday - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Starting Compensation:
- $17.50/hr

Qualifications Education RequiredHigh School or better.
Experience Required1 year:
Familiarity with filing systems, scanning, and electronic records management
1 year:
Must be able to speak, read and write English
2 years:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
Must maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays may be required.
Professional appearance and punctual attendance are expected.
