Job Description

As a Consulting Resource Analyst, you will work with project leadership to understand project staffing requirements. You will develop project staffing plans using project requirements and practice data and recommend and communicate staffing assignments to associates, managers, and project teams. You will engage in third-party resources as required to deliver client projects. You will document and track all open and committed resource assignments and report on any key business metrics related to staffing and utilization.

Responsible for presenting available internal and sometimes external resources (offshore, nearshore, and contractors) to fit project demand and budget.

Responsibilities
  • Partners with Consulting management to maximize revenue opportunities, achieve the highest utilization, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for the collection, management, and communication of detailed resource specifications for assigned practice.
  • Proactively identifies available resources, using a variety of methods, or open specifications.
  • Facilitates resource meetings with Consulting Managers regarding weekly billable utilization and open request.
  • Escalate urgent requests on priority staffing calls.
  • Partner with management to understand assigned consultants’ skill levels and experience.
  • Actively monitor the selection/acceptance process for assigned resources.
  • Offer creative solutions when no resources with necessary skill sets are available.
  • Recommend creative ways to utilize consultants who lack high demand skill sets.
  • Identify resourcing issues and make recommendations for resolution.
  • Update system with resource selection decision and supporting reason.
  • Responsible for tracking billable utilization and supply/demand modeling for practice.
  • Contribute to overall practice reports and support ad hoc resourcing reporting.
  • Experienced using the MS Office
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills and the ability to work with teams.
  • Flexible, positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and relationship building.
  • Must be able to adhere to strict deadlines in a fast‑paced, evolving work environment.

US:
Hiring Range in USD from $30.29 to $60.63 per hour; from: $63,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
