A leading technology solutions provider is seeking a Senior Network Administrator to be the Subject Matter Expert for Zscaler and VPN solutions. This role involves supporting end-user issues, developing training materials, and collaborating with security teams on a large scale enterprise environment. Candidates should have strong technical skills in Windows desktop environments, scripting, and a proven ability to lead and provide excellent customer service.

This position supports approximately 7,000 users and requires onsite work with some remote options after initial performance review.
