Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a UX Designer to join our team and take ownership of our mobile product experience.
This role is ideal for a designer who loves crafting clean, intuitive user journeys — especially in products where trust, clarity, and compliance matter. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and compliance stakeholders to turn complex requirements into user experiences that feel effortless and premium.
What You’ll Do- Design end-to-end mobile user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI screens
- Turn complex technical and legal constraints into smooth user experiences
- Improve onboarding, security, and other high-impact product journeys
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ship high-quality product experiences
- Create polished, consistent designs that feel modern and premium
- Contribute to (or build) a lightweight design system in Figma
- 3–5 years of UX design experience, ideally focused on mobile products
- Strong proficiency with Figma
- Experience designing within regulated environments (fintech, crypto, health, legal, etc.)
- Strong UX instincts and ability to simplify complex requirements
- A portfolio that demonstrates high-quality product thinking and excellent craft
- Experience designing luxury or fashion-related products
- Experience building exclusivity or membership-driven apps
- Strong UI taste and a portfolio that stands out immediately
- Candidate intake will be completed by the end of February
- Target start date: mid-March (latest)
- $60,000/year (approx. $5,000/month)
We currently offer the same setup as our Mobile Engineering team. Formal benefits packages are in progress and will be introduced as we scale.
