Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical advisor for enterprise clients, overseeing discovery, scoping, and solution validation for ATS and system integrations.
- Translate client business requirements into technical solutions, addressing workflow, configuration, and integration needs.
- Provide technical guidance during sales cycles, supporting proposals, timelines, and deal structures.
- Partner with implementation teams to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding of integrations.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, or gaps that could impact deployment.
- Develop and maintain reusable technical assets, such as integration diagrams, best‑practice guides, and FAQs.
- Support continuous improvement by providing feedback to Product and Engineering based on client experiences.
- Minimum of 5 years related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a Master’s degree, or PhD without experience; equivalent experience may substitute.
- Knowledge of enterprise integrations, APIs, data exchange patterns, and modern web technologies (REST, JSON, authentication).
- Ability to drive technical discovery and translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with IT, Security, and Compliance teams in enterprise environments.
- Proven problem‑solving skills, troubleshooting, prioritizing and resolving technical challenges quickly.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences, including executive‑level clients.
- Team‑oriented mindset with experience collaborating across Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Tier 3 - United States of America 103,000 – 155,000 USD per year
Tier 5 - United States of America 117,000 – 175,000 USD per year
