Role Overview
Work closely with business teams and legal colleagues to manage risk and support informed decision‑making across the company. Coordinate legal review processes, synthesize information, and translate legal guidance into practical actions.
Responsibilities- Manage and triage legal review requests from business teams, ensuring ticket hygiene, data accuracy, and documentation.
- Conduct investigations, prepare summaries, and present findings and risk considerations to attorneys to support legal analysis.
- Translate complex legal guidance into clear, actionable advice for cross‑functional partners and track implementation.
- Operate autonomously, managing complex and ambiguous projects with minimal supervision.
- Support development and delivery of compliance‑related trainings and materials.
- Identify and implement improvements to legal workflows, documentation standards, and intake systems to increase throughput.
- Act as SME for specific legal operations domains, providing guidance and mentoring peers.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience.
- Excellent institutional memory; ability to apply precedents to new requests.
- Comfortable navigating LLM interfaces (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to manage high‑volume repetitive tasks; skilled in prompt engineering and content auditing.
- Excellent communication skills, professional, clear, adaptable to audiences.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with sensitive information.
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize amid ambiguity.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
Tier 1 – $62,000–$92,000 USD per year.
Tier 2 – $68,000–$102,000 USD per year.
Tier 3 – $75,000–$113,000 USD per year.
Tier 5 – $86,000–$128,000 USD per year.
