+  _Resolves sophisticated customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions._

** _Preferred Qualifications _*
* +  _Proven experience relevant to this position including 5 years of functional consulting experience_

+  _Prior team leadership or management experience preferred_

+  _Business process experience in the following areas:_

+  _Oracle Cloud: 4-5 years of experience in General Ledger, Financial Reporting Studio, Smartview, Subledger Accounting, Accounting Hub Cloud._

+   _5-10 years/solid overall Record to Report process implementation experience._

+  _Ability to lead enterprise structure and chart of accounts design workshops._

+  _Ability to manage complex data conversion cycles and explain best practices in migrating historical account balances._

+  _Holds a BS in Accounting or a related field OR equivalent experience_

+  _CPA is a plus_

+  _Product or technical expertise relevant to the practice focus_

+  _Ability to communicate effectively_

+  _Ability to build rapport with team members and clients_

+  _Strong influencing and negotiation skills_

+  _Ability to travel up to 30%, when required_   _

Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off:
Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
