Cloud Consulting Director - Fusion Finance Solution Architect

* As an acknowledged authority within Oracle, this Cloud Consulting Director position is responsible for creating and implementing innovative solutions with industry-wide impact. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated solutions within constraints of time and budget.

** Responsibilities*
* _As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position:_

+  _Provides consistent and innovative solution leadership to a project team._

+  _Owns the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s), ensuring highly performant, coordinated software solutions within time and budget constraints._

+  _Leads and analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle's solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry standard processes, product knowledge, and discernment_

+  _Exercises judgment and business insight in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very sophisticated aspects of applications and technology installations._

+  _Provides direction and mentoring to project teams and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions._

+  _Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions._

+  _Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise._

+  _Resolves sophisticated customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions._

+  _Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack._

+  _Experience with the Oracle product set._

** _Preferred Qualifications _*
* +  _Proven experience relevant to this position, including 10+ years of functional consulting experience._

+  _Prior team leadership or management experience preferred._

+  _Business process experience in the following areas:_

+  _Oracle Cloud: 4-5 years of experience in a Process Lead or Solution Architect Position_

+   _10-15 years/solid across General Ledger, Fusion Accounting Hub, and Subledger Accounting._

+  _Ability to lead design workshops across multiple process areas, including enterprise structure and chart of accounts design._

+  _Design and understand end to end subledger accounting across multiple process areas._

+  _Holds a BS in Accounting or a related field OR equivalent experience._

+  _CPA is a plus._

+  _Product or technical expertise relevant to the practice focus._

+  _Ability to communicate effectively._

+  _Ability to build rapport with team members and clients._

+  _Strong influencing and negotiation skills._

+  _Ability to travel up to 30%, when required._

Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off:
Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
