Dabei bringen Sie mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Support und fundierte Kenntnisse in Betriebs- und End-User Hard-/Software mit. Gute Englischkenntnisse und eine starke Serviceorientierung sind ebenso notwendig wie die Fähigkeit, Teams erfolgreich zu leiten und weiterzuentwickeln.
