** Job Description*
* The Order to Cash Consulting Director is responsible for the successful implementation of Oracle's Order to Cash Fusion Solution, including modules such as Sales Cloud, Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Order Management, Subscription Management, Revenue Management, Projects, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management and General Ledger. This role involves leading business process implementation, providing consulting and product expertise, and managing the overall design of the Order to Cash business processes enabled by the Oracle  solution-including process flows, configuration, functional designs, integrations, extensions, reporting, and data migration.

Defines solution architecture, guides business process design, supports integrations across enterprise systems, and ensures solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational objectives. Works closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to support implementation, optimization, and ongoing transformation initiatives.

Exercises creativity and independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to deliver functional and technical expertise on a wide range of business and technology solutions.

Leads experienced consulting teams on challenging projects; works on significant and unique issues. As a thought leader and trusted advisor, effectively influences difficult decisions at the leadership-level of client organizations. Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise. Resolves very complex client escalations. Drives client process direction and decisions by providing domain leadership within relevant industries on end-to-end enterprise solutions.

Creates new solution sets based on assessment of industry needs, market demands and knowledge of competitive product offerings.

+ Drives client process direction and decisions by providing domain leadership within relevant industries on end-to-end enterprise solutions.

+ Analyzes business needs to ensure the Oracle solution meets the client's objectives by combining industry best practices, functional knowledge, and business acumen.

+ Architects and designs technology solutions encompassing multiple solutions and make decisions based on impact across the stack.

+ Leads client workshops across multiple phases of the project lifecycle, effectively consulting with management of client organizations and influencing client leadership as a trusted advisor.

+ Influences client senior and middle management and partner senior management in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing of consulting deals.

+ Conducts QA reviews across projects and ensures execution of strategies is compliant with best practices and implemented consistently across projects.

+ Identifies issues and risks impacting the project, proposes and acts upon options for resolution, and escalates as appropriate.
