** THE OPPORTUNITY*
* The Associate Vice President, Insurance Product Product/Platform Management serves as the business owner for the core capabilities that define, govern, and operationalize insurance products and supplemental benefits across Humana.

In this role, you will set the vision and roadmap for modernizing Humana's insurance product platforms-ensuring they are accurate, compliant, scalable, auditable, and fit for the future. You will drive platform strategy, business requirements, governance, and prioritization while partnering closely with Technology, Data & AI, Actuarial, Compliance, Digital, Marketing, and Operations to translate business needs into modern, resilient solutions.

This leader has accountability for product definition and benefit accuracy that impacts more than 5 million members annually and billions of dollars in supplemental benefits vendor spend. You will lead a team of approximately 15 professional associates and be accountable for the sequencing and prioritization of a dedicated pod within Humana's Growth Analytics & AI organization, including data governance, business intelligence, and AI enablement resources.

While this is not an IT role, you will serve as the primary business partner to Technology, ensuring investments, delivery plans, and architectural decisions align to business outcomes, regulatory timelines, and long‑term modernization goals.
