We are seeking an Analyst 1 – Project Manager to support enterprise healthcare applications, with a primary focus on EPIC Cadence and clinical system optimization. This role involves application planning, implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization while collaborating closely with IT teams, operational users, and leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, organizational skills, and healthcare application support experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support enterprise-wide healthcare applications, including EPIC Cadence.
  • Collaborate with analysts, technical staff, and end users to define functional and data requirements.
  • Assist with application implementation, optimization, troubleshooting, and support.
  • Create functional specifications and documentation to meet customer expectations.
  • Participate in design sessions and training activities with end users.
  • Coordinate with IT and operational teams to support ongoing system improvements.
  • Monitor and track multiple projects and support tasks simultaneously.
  • Identify trends, report outcomes, and recommend workflow improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational IT procedures and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Exp
    erience supporting healthcare or clinical applications.
  • Knowledge or experience with EPIC Cadence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Understanding of healthcare workflows and user community needs.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple assignm
    ents.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Work
    ing knowledge of clinical database software.
  • Understanding of Population Health concepts.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred;
    Associate’s Degree required minimu m.
Certifications
  • E PIC Cadence certification preferred.
  • Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
