Business Subject Matter Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform/Observability Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise‑scale telemetry and automation solutions.

This role focuses on building and maintaining Open Telemetry (OTel) pipelines, developing CI/CD workflows, and enabling infrastructure automation in hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments.

The ideal candidate combines strong engineering and operational expertise, with experience in modern Dev Ops, observability, and Git Ops practices.

You will work closely with Platform Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, self‑service solutions and ensure the reliability and performance of enterprise systems.

• Architect and implement Open Telemetry (OTel) pipelines
• Automate infrastructure using Ansible as Code
• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines
• Create Git Hub Actions and Git Ops workflows
• Aggregate logs and troubleshoot telemetry pipelines
• Provide enterprise platform engineering and operational support
