Technician - Network

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform maintenance of all client PCs, POS terminals, to include software patching and antivirus updates.
• Assist Systems Administrators with the maintenance and configuration of network related hardware/software, including Active Directory, Group Policy management.
• Work with Systems Administrators on special projects and researching new technologies.
• Assist with the development of junior level technicians.
• Provide Tier 1 and 2 levels of Help Desk support, to include covering Help Desk phone, e‑mail support requests and Help Desk tickets.
• Maintain and ensure all enterprise backups and data storage.
• Maintain and provide reporting on hardware and software inventory, to include all PCs, laptops, printers, consumables, etc., in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Perform in‑office duties including, but not limited to, invoice tracking, filing, and processing, purchase quoting, tracking, and processing.
• Participate in budget planning and software tracking.
• Must be actively at work to perform the essential functions of this job.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights as scheduled.

• $19.50/hr
